Yes. Ayvara Cruise runs an open trip: a scheduled 3D2N voyage from Labuan Bajo through Komodo National Park, sold per person by cabin type instead of by the whole boat. On the 2027 publish rates (rate sheet dated 11 September 2026), a place costs IDR 6,750,000 (USD 450) in a Superior Cabin, IDR 7,750,000 (USD 530) in a Deluxe Cabin and IDR 8,500,000 (USD 570) in the Master Cabin, per person per voyage.
In Labuan Bajo the names open trip, share trip and sharing trip describe the same product: a fixed-date departure on which travellers book individual places and sail together. On Ayvara that means sharing a traditional wooden phinisi with no more than 15 guests across 7 above-deck, sea-view cabins, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The route takes in Kelor, Manjarite, Kalong, Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Manta Point, Taka Makassar and Sebayur, conditions permitting.

Open trip pricing on Ayvara is per person, per 3D2N voyage, and depends on the cabin type. The single Master Cabin, with a queen bed, one extra bed and a private balcony, is IDR 8,500,000 (USD 570) per person. The two Deluxe Cabins, also with private balconies, are IDR 7,750,000 (USD 530) per person. The four Superior Cabins, with large panoramic windows, are IDR 6,750,000 (USD 450) per person. These are 2027 publish rates from the rate sheet dated 11 September 2026.
The 2027 sheet also prints an additional-pax rate of IDR 4,500,000 (USD 330); the Komodo Luxury reservations desk confirms how it applies to a given booking. The fare covers the stay on board, meals, mineral water, coffee and tea, a guide, snorkelling gear, life vests, drone, GoPro and mirrorless documentation (raw footage only) and pick-up and drop-off within the Labuan Bajo mainland area near the harbour. Komodo National Park fees are not included and follow government regulations at the time of the trip. Crew gratuities, flights, other drinks, personal snacks and personal expenses are also extra.

Weekend voyages run Friday to Sunday and weekday voyages run Monday to Wednesday, so travellers can choose a weekend or a midweek sailing. Who the Ayvara sharing trip suits
The open trip suits travellers who want a VIP-class phinisi without paying for the whole boat. Couples can book one of the three balcony cabins, the Master or either Deluxe, while friends and small families can take several cabins on the same departure. Children aged 3 and above are charged the full rate. Every cabin has a queen bed, a sea view, air conditioning and a private bathroom, and Starlink internet is available on board for guests who need to stay in contact at sea.
It is less suited to anyone who needs a different trip length or the boat to themselves. The sharing trip follows a fixed 3D2N timetable, and destinations may change with weather and field conditions. Families and small groups who want a private cruise around Komodo can take Ayvara as a private charter from 2D1N to 7D6N; on the 2027 publish rates a 3D2N charter is IDR 104,000,000 (USD 6,200) for 1–8 guests or IDR 118,000,000 (USD 7,000) for 9–15 guests, per charter of the whole boat. When does the Ayvara open trip leave Labuan Bajo?

Pick-up on day one is arranged between 8 and 9 a.m. within the Labuan Bajo mainland area near the harbour; accommodation on other islands or in the Manjaga area is not covered. Where does the 3D2N Komodo cruise sharing trip go?
Day one covers a trek on Kelor Island, snorkelling at Manjarite and sunset off Kalong Island, where flying foxes are usually seen from the boat. Day two starts with a 06:00 trek on Padar, then Pink Beach, a trek on Komodo Island to look for dragons, snorkelling at Manta Point and Taka Makassar. Can solo travellers join the Ayvara open trip?
The open trip is sold per person, so no group is needed to join a departure. The 2027 sheet prices each place by cabin type; it does not set out how a cabin is allocated to someone travelling alone. How is a place on the Ayvara open trip booked and paid for?
Bookings are not taken on this site. Places are reserved through the Ayvara page on Komodo Luxury or the reservations desk. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures the booking and the balance is due no later than 30 days before departure; trips less than 30 days away are paid in full. Cancellations forfeit 100% of payments made, which cannot be refunded, rescheduled or moved to another trip, although a replacement guest may be nominated.
