An Ayvara Cruise private charter books the whole boat for one group: all seven above-deck, sea-view cabins, up to 15 guests, and nobody else on board apart from the crew and guide. Ayvara is a VIP-class wooden phinisi owned and operated by Komodo Luxury, sailing Komodo National Park from Labuan Bajo. Charters run from 2D1N to 7D6N, and 2027 publish rates (rate sheet dated 11 September 2026) start at IDR 92,000,000 (USD 5,500) per charter for 2D1N with 1–8 guests.
Ayvara also sails a 3D2N open trip every week, sold per person by cabin type, so the same boat serves two kinds of traveller. The private charter is for groups that want every cabin to themselves and a departure date arranged with the reservations desk, subject to availability, rather than one taken from the fixed open-trip calendar. Bookings are not taken on this site: availability, booking and payment are handled by Komodo Luxury, starting from the Ayvara page on Komodo Luxury.

The Ayvara private charter rate is quoted per charter for the whole boat, not per person. Two things set the figure: the duration, with six options from 2D1N to 7D6N, and the guest band, either 1–8 guests or 9–15 guests. The figures are 2027 publish rates from the rate sheet dated 11 September 2026, given in rupiah and US dollars. All twelve rates are laid out on the rates page.
As examples, a 2D1N charter costs IDR 92,000,000 (USD 5,500) for 1–8 guests and IDR 104,000,000 (USD 6,200) for 9–15 guests. A 7D6N charter costs IDR 312,000,000 (USD 18,600) for 1–8 guests and IDR 354,000,000 (USD 21,000) for 9–15 guests. Published inclusions cover the stay on board, meals, mineral water, coffee and tea, a guide, snorkelling gear and life vests. Komodo National Park fees are not included; they are set by government regulation at the time of the trip.

What 2D1N, 3D2N and 4D3N+ charters allow
The one fixed route published for Ayvara is the 3D2N itinerary: Kelor, Manjarite and Kalong on day one; Padar at 06:00, then Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Manta Point and Taka Makassar on day two; Sebayur before the return to Labuan Bajo on day three. A 3D2N private charter can follow that same sequence with only the charter group on board. A 2D1N charter has a single night at sea and no published route of its own, so its stops are agreed with the reservations desk before booking.
Charters of 4D3N and longer add nights rather than a printed route. This site lists no fixed itinerary for 4D3N to 7D6N: longer routes are agreed with the Komodo Luxury reservations desk. On any duration, destinations may change with weather and field conditions, for safety and comfort, and guests follow the guide's instructions. If a private group arrives late, the itinerary is shortened and the charter period is not extended, so flights into Labuan Bajo are best booked with a margin.

Ayvara sleeps 15 across seven above-deck cabins: one Master Cabin for three guests, and two Deluxe Cabins and four Superior Cabins for two guests each. Every cabin has a queen bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom and a sea view; the Master and Deluxe cabins add a private balcony. That layout suits private family cruising: families can spread across several cabins, and a group of friends can fill the boat without sharing it. Shared spaces are the 360° rooftop deck, the shaded sundeck and the indoor dining area, with Starlink internet on board.
Groups of 9–15 guests pay the higher band; couples and parties of up to eight pay the 1–8 guest rate for the same whole boat. A couple who mainly wants a balcony cabin may find the 3D2N open trip a better fit, since it is priced per person by cabin. For a birthday, reunion or company trip, no decoration, event or meeting services are listed for Ayvara, so any such request should go to the reservations desk before booking. A 50% non-refundable down payment secures the booking, with full payment no later than 30 days before departure; trips less than 30 days away are paid in full. Bookings made one year in advance pay a 30% deposit, a further 20% 120 days before the trip, and the balance 30 days before departure.
