These terms cover the use of ayvaracruise.com. The site describes Ayvara Cruise, a phinisi owned and operated by Komodo Luxury, and points to the places where she can be booked.

Information, not an offer

Vessel facts, itineraries, schedules and rates on this site are published for information. Rates are the 2027 publish rates from the rate sheet dated 11 September 2026 and may change. Nothing on this site is a booking offer: availability, the final price and the invoice are confirmed by the Komodo Luxury reservations desk.

Bookings and conditions of carriage

A booking is a contract between the guest and Komodo Luxury. Payment, cancellation, force majeure, liability and conduct on board are governed by the terms and conditions published on the Ayvara page on Komodo Luxury. The summary on the rates page is a convenience and does not replace them.

Itineraries and the sea

Routes and timings can change with weather, sea and field conditions, park regulations and force majeure, for the safety and comfort of guests. Wildlife is wild: sightings of Komodo dragons, manta rays, flying foxes or other animals are never guaranteed.

Park fees and third-party costs

Komodo National Park fees and permits are set by the Indonesian authorities, are not included in the rates shown here and may change without notice.
