Ayvara Cruise price list for 2027, in IDR and USD
Ayvara Cruise rates for 2027 start at USD 450 (IDR 6,750,000) per person in a Superior Cabin on the 3D2N open trip, and at USD 5,500 (IDR 92,000,000) per charter for a 2D1N private charter with 1–8 guests. These are the 2027 publish rates, rate sheet dated 11 September 2026. The sheet covers both ways of sailing: open trip prices per person, per 3D2N voyage, by cabin type, and private charter prices for the whole boat, by duration and guest band.
Every figure is printed in Indonesian rupiah and US dollars. The tables below are the latest published rates: Master Cabin USD 570 (IDR 8,500,000), Deluxe Cabin USD 530 (IDR 7,750,000) and Superior Cabin USD 450 (IDR 6,750,000) per person, plus an additional pax rate of USD 330 (IDR 4,500,000) as printed on the open trip sheet. Open trip prices are per person, so two guests sharing a cabin each pay the rate for that cabin type. Private charters run 2D1N to 7D6N, in bands of 1–8 and 9–15 guests. Payment
Deposit and balance
- 50% down payment secures the booking; the deposit is non-refundable
- Full payment no later than 30 days before departure; trips less than 30 days away are paid in full
- Bookings made one year in advance: 30% deposit, a further 20% 120 days before the trip, balance 30 days before departure
- Children aged 3 and above are charged the full rate
- Bank charges are borne by the sender
- Rates apply to the year in which they are issued and may change annually (fuel, routes, government regulations)
Cancellation
Read before you pay
- Cancellations forfeit 100% of payments made; payments cannot be refunded, rescheduled or transferred to another trip, but a replacement guest may be nominated.
- Force majeure (weather, natural disaster, government regulation, flight cancellation and similar) may change or cancel a trip without refund.
- Private-trip delays caused by late arrival shorten the itinerary; the charter period is not extended.

What is included in the Ayvara Cruise price?
Both the open trip and private charter rates cover the stay on the boat, meals during the trip, mineral water, coffee and tea, a guide, snorkelling gear, life vests, documentation with drone, GoPro and mirrorless camera (raw footage only), and pick-up and drop-off within the Labuan Bajo mainland area near the harbour. Crew gratuities, flight tickets, personal expenses, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, personal snacks, Komodo National Park fees and the optional drone permit are not included. Cabin-by-cabin prices are also shown on the open trip page.
Are park fees included in the Ayvara Cruise price?
No. Komodo National Park fees are excluded from every Ayvara rate, open trip and private charter alike. The fees are subject to government regulations at the time of the trip, so this page does not quote an amount. Ask the Komodo Luxury reservations desk which fees apply on the travel date. The optional drone permit for Komodo National Park is also excluded and should be requested 7 days before the trip.
How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
A 50% down payment secures the booking, and the deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due no later than 30 days before departure; trips less than 30 days away are paid in full. Do children pay the full rate on Ayvara Cruise?
Yes, from the age of 3: children aged 3 and above are charged the full rate. A private charter is priced for the whole boat by guest band rather than per person, so how children count toward the 1–8 or 9–15 band, and what applies to children under 3, are questions for the Komodo Luxury reservations desk before booking. Are Ayvara Cruise rates in IDR or USD, and how long are they valid?
Both. Each rate is printed as its own figure in IDR and in USD, and this page does not convert between the two; ask the reservations desk which currency the invoice will use.
